is seeking a Senior Profit Protection Executive (Shrinkage Management/Loss Prevention) to support designated area and the Senior/Territory Profit Protection Manager in shrinkage reduction strategies, in line with the Group Profit Protection Strategy. You will oversee stock audits, attend audits, and visit stores to ensure preparations are understood and followed, while investigating inventory discrepancies and communicating with law enforcement when required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in Retail Profit Protection, security, auditing, inventory, or similar discipline in a big box environment.
• Investigatory experience and knowledge of criminal and employment law is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support to designated Area and to the Senior/Territory Profit Protection Manager in shrinkage reduction strategies.
• Oversee and manage Stock Audits in line with company procedures and visit stores as required.
• Assist investigations and root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies and losses.
• Conduct procedural reviews to identify non-compliance and support corrective action or training.
• Help minimise loss exposure across operations by following Profit Protection and Stock Audit manuals.
• Support control measures for known shrink (Damaged/Faulty/Stolen) across stores.
• Prioritise workload to ensure reports and investigations are completed within deadlines.
