Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure safety procedures are followed at the workplace.
2. Ensure compliance with the following standards and systems:
   • FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000
   • GMP: MS 1514
   • HACCP: MS 1480
   • QMS: ISO 9001
3. Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area, ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements. Participate in housekeeping, GMP tours, and audits as needed.
4. Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, and general cleanliness do not meet standards.
5. Operate process plants, spray/integration plants, and/or packaging lines to meet process and product specifications, including intermediate/finished goods tanks and raw material receiving areas.
6. Troubleshoot process issues in the process area, spray/integration plants, and/or packaging lines, including tanks and raw material receiving areas.
7. Carry out activities from raw material unloading to finished product, as required.
