Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure safety procedures are followed at the workplace.
2. Ensure compliance with:
3. FSMS: ISO / FSSC 22000
4. GMP: MS 1514
5. HACCP: MS 1480
6. QMS: ISO 9001
7. Maintain proper housekeeping and hygiene standards in the spray plant and packaging area, ensuring full compliance with GMP requirements. Participate as needed in housekeeping, GMP tours, and audits.
8. Report to QA if the effectiveness of pest control programs, sanitation, general housekeeping, and cleanliness do not meet the standards in the factory.
9. Operate process plants, spray/integration plants, and/or packaging lines to meet process and product specifications, including intermediate/FG tanks and raw material receiving areas.
10. Troubleshoot process problems in the process area, spray/integration plants, and/or packaging lines, including intermediate tanks and raw material receiving areas.
11. Carry out activities from raw material unloading to finished product manufacturing.
