EAN Label Industry Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Production professional who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, bottleneck identification, and driving process improvements across printing, packaging, and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate or an experienced professional with leadership, problem-solving and strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualificações

• Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced and senior candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in production, process improvement, quality control or manufacturing is an advantage
• Leadership, team coordination or project management experience is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and hands-on mindset
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with multilingual clients, suppliers, or associates.
• Able to work independently and as a team

Responsabilidades

• Support daily production operations and workflow
• Identify production bottlenecks and improve productivity, quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues related to printing, packaging and production processes
• Lead and follow up on process improvement projects
• Monitor production data and equipment performance
• Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions and training materials
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other departments
• Support manpower coordination, workplace safety and other production-related tasks
