Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Execution of production plans for multiple products within the available capacity.
2. Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives.
3. Work closely with Production to ensure minimum WIPs in the shop floor.
4. Monitor production workflows and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or unexpected issues.
5. Initiate, track & close manufacturing work orders for production operation at target set.
6. Cooperate with production team in order to achieve high OEE.
7. Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely availability of raw material.
8. Coordinate with Sales Team and Purchasing team to control the raw material and finished good inventory.
9. Prepare pick lists on raw materials to warehouse for kitting of materials to production.
10. Any other duties and improvement projects as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in MRP, ERP, BOM system and Microsoft Office applications.
3. Cost-oriented team leader & member with analytical skills and the ability to motivate & influence Production team towards achieving set targets.
4. Strong organization and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
