Job summary

Mega Fortris Berhad is seeking a Production Planner to manage scheduling and capacity planning for the factory in Malaysia. The role requires close collaboration with the Order Processing team to meet delivery schedules and to optimize throughput using ERP systems and NetSuite planning tools.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (supply chain, operations, manufacturing or business).
• 2–5 years in production planning or related roles in manufacturing.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and forecast production to maximize machine capacity and labor utilization.
• Coordinate with Order Processing to meet shipment schedules.
• Maintain production information systems and ERP data accuracy.
• Monitor raw materials and carton stock levels.
• Prepare monthly production reports and analyze production performance.
