You will lead and continuously improve the end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and sequencing processes that drive operational efficiency and deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

What You Need to Do

1. Ensure load line operates at maximum capacity based on order prioritization and due dates of demand.
2. Minimize production planning-related downtime, measured on a month-to-month basis.
3. Lead and conduct line and machine performance discussions with the production team.
4. Forecasting and Capacity Planning.
5. Monitor OEM production schedules and collaborate with OEM partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
6. Execute orders as planned for all line/machine and customer order delivery dates.
7. Lead the supply planning process - supply inputs, analysis, and supply planning meetings.
8. Ensure proper documentation for all production-related transactions and accurate labeling based on ISO standards.

What You Need to Succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business/Manufacturing Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning.
• Experience within the steel/construction industry is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate across functions.
