TotalEnergies Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Operations leader to transform offshore leadership into onshore execution, driving asset integrity, safe delivery, and production performance across assets.

You will oversee field operations, manage safety, compliance audits, and coordination with contracts, HSSE, and procurement to deliver budgets and continuous improvement in process efficiency and reliability.

Competenze

• 15+ years in Oil & Gas industry, with at least 10 years on sites.
• Strong site execution leadership with track record of delivering targets.
• Hands-on leadership with autonomous, self-driven mindset.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt new ideas, practices, controls.

Mansioni

• Manage well integrity actions plan and deliverables.
• Follow up on HSE action items and identify solutions to enable progress.
• Prepare and present proposal for annual production work program budget.
• Coordinate field operations compliance (audits, certifications).
• Coordinate with Contracts & Procurement and HSSE on contracting strategy and tender plan.
• Provide technical support to offshore team on production/maintenance issues.
• Produce process analyses and sound technical recommendations.
• Follow up on Carbon Footprint Reduction initiatives and REX actions.
• Oversee performance of contractors to meet TotalEnergies standards.
• Ensure timely support to offshore site operations on production, reliability and maintenance.
