Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Manager/Production Manager to lead our production operations. This role is essential in ensuring the efficiency and quality of food production, maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, and driving innovation in our production processes. You will manage a team of production staff while collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows and enhance product quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement production strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
