Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and manage production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and biosecurity regulations within the facility.
• Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance, logistics, and supply chain, to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing; experience in poultry or food manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry regulations.
• Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
