Job description

and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Manage mold preparation, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, and curing processes.

Monitor stripping, finishing, and storage of precast elements.

Supervise and guide production staff, supervisors, and technicians.

Maintain detailed production reports, progress updates, and inventory records.

Document process deviations, quality issues, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Knowledge of precast concrete production, mix design, and curing processes.

Knowledge of molds, formwork, reinforcement detailing, and concrete casting.

Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning.

Ability to report clearly on production progress, issues, and improvements.

Understanding of concrete strength testing, quality control, and curing methods.
