Job summary

A leading engineering company in Malaysia seeks a Production Engineer to manage production output, quality assurance, and optimize processes. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years' experience in CNC machining. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in MS Office and D365 systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in CNC manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in CNC Programming is an added advantage.
• Experience handling various machines like VMC, HMC, and trouble shooting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Output, quality, safety, OEE & JO On time.
• Monitor Production output, analyse data trends for improvements.
• Assist Production team with technical issues and offer solutions.

Job description

• Responsible for Output, quality, safety, OEE & JO On time.
• Monitor Production output through by machine schedule & OEE . Then Analyse data trends to implement improvement actions to work towards our target
• Assist Production team with their day-to-day production technical issues by providing technical assistance and problem-solving solutions.
• Responsible for 5S , Scrap Control. Production Optimization, Production Routes,
• Use the AX/ D365 system to add and maintain data owned by production engineering including part numbers, BOM, Work centre, batch records…etc..
• Liaise with PMC & Store & Quality department to resolve day to day issues.
• Good technical knowledge CNC machining parts

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in mechanical Engineering of 3-5 years’ experience in CNC manufacturing industry
• Experience and handle various machine VMC, HMC , turning machine trouble shooting.
• Knowledge in CNC Programming is added advantage.
• Excellent Organisational , communication , leader ship & planning skill
• Compulsory PC Literate, specifically in MS office tools, advance Excel.
• D365 system knowledge.
