Job description

Developing and reviewing process designs.

Analyzing and troubleshooting product failures and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Identifying and implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Ensuring a strong and efficient teamwork culture within the production team.

Implementing project schedules and plans in a timely and effective manner.

Liaising with various departments and customers on quality issues, requirements, and escalation for improvement plans.

Possessing technical competence with good analytical skills, result-oriented, proactive, resourceful, with a high degree of independence and perseverance.

Having a strong passion for product and process excellence and customer satisfaction.
