Senior Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead in the development of brand/trade strategies and marketing plans for assigned portfolios.
2. Plan and execute marketing campaign activations, including building launch plans and reviewing regulatory issues related to new products.
3. Develop and lead efforts to drive trade fundamentals, such as establishing appropriate merchandising guidelines and POSMs for different channels.
4. Develop, monitor, and track annual budgets for sales revenue and marketing expenditure to enhance brand profitability. Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet targets.
5. Proactively seek new opportunities or identify business gaps through ongoing analysis of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive studies.
6. Build productive relationships with brand principals, sales teams, finance, and warehouse to manage daily operations.
7. Work closely with factories to monitor packaging and inventory forecasts to ensure stock availability.
8. Serve as the key liaison with brand principals regarding brand expectations and direction. Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
9. Manage and coach direct reports to achieve individual and team goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in brand/product management or marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrates business acumen regarding current market trends and movements.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
