Senior Product Manager

As part of our team, you’ll make a tangible impact. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for the BAS portfolio in the Asia Pacific region, reporting to the Director of Product Management for APAC. You will support sales efforts, increase brand recognition, facilitate market launches, and drive Voice of Customer activities to evolve our products to meet customer needs.

How you will do it
  1. Evangelize the benefits and value proposition of our portfolio to partners, analysts, and consultants to generate demand.
  2. Support strategy development by gathering necessary data and contributing to sales and marketing plans.
  3. Assist in executing product launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams. Develop internal documentation such as training materials and FAQs.
  4. Provide application information to marketing for collateral development and establish industry contacts.
  5. Support customer relationships and gather Voice of Customer insights.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitors, maintain a competitive database, and support legacy products.
  7. Lead Go-to-Market activities in collaboration with sales teams for the APAC region.
  8. Work with engineering to design solutions for new or evolving products.
  9. Partner with regional distribution centers to monitor suppliers, sales forecasts, and inventory levels.
What we look for
  1. Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English, with strong presentation abilities.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering.
  3. At least 10 years of experience in business development or product management within the building automation or related B2B technology sectors.
  4. Experience in developing and executing growth strategies and roadmaps.
  5. Accountability for delivering business results.
  6. Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  7. Ability to handle stress, maintain a positive attitude, and work effectively under pressure.
  8. Proven track record of driving growth and managing change in dynamic environments.
  9. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  10. Proactive, organized, and adaptable to stressful and uncertain situations.
  11. Basic knowledge of key industries, applications, and value pricing models.
  12. Willingness to travel 20-30%, based in Shanghai, Malaysia, or Singapore.
