This position requires a Senior Product Engineer to lead the design, development, testing, and improvement of products and manufacturing processes.

key responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development projects from the initial concept through to mass production.

• Improve and optimize existing products by focusing on performance, cost, and manufacturability.

• Review technical drawings, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and specifications to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

• Provide essential engineering support to the production, quality, and procurement teams.

• Identify the root causes of product failures and implement effective corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate prototype development and conduct functional and validation testing.

• Ensure that all products meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
