Job description
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product & Business Analyst to drive the product planning by bridging business needs with technical execution. This Permanent role involves defining and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless communication between business and development teams.
As part of the team, you will own the product backlog, define features, and ensure alignment with business goals. At the same time, you will gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure successful product development for implementation.
Key Responsibilities Define product strategy and roadmap Identify product road map (product enhancement list) Work closely with Pre-sales, Implementation, and Support team to gather requirements for enhancements Assist the team to deliver a winning product Create good stories or requirement specifications based on roadmap and prioritized features after detailed study Lead all discussions with external parties on 3rd party system interfacing Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements. Work closely with the development team, e.g., conduct Product Grooming and Planning to explain the requirements Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples (verification) Bring product quality to an acceptable level for the healthcare market within the region Internal briefing and training on product improvements Develop and maintain quick guide for newly released functionalities. Briefing and training to Sales team, Partners, Implementation and Support team on new features, when required Assist Sales team in selling cycle Responding on RFP Perform product demos to potential customers Maintain a good demo environment Be an expert with respect to the competition Others Develop process flows and use cases to support requirement gathering and solution design. Work with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs. Support change management efforts by assisting in training, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Assist Implementation on project activities, when required Perform any tasks assigned by reporting officer Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure alignment. Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings as needed. Maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. Experience with SQL and Jira Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and UX/UI principles. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation. Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, and Material Management will be an advantage. Apply now
