Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product packaging design initiatives, from concept development and guideline creation to multi-SKU adaptations across diverse retail categories.
  • Create cohesive branding systems for the company house brand packaging and any sub-brands. Produce high-quality graphic design, product imagery and marketing collateral.
  • Partner with procurement and marketing to ensure design solutions meet strategic objectives. Utilize generative AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of MR D.I.Y.& packaging visual identity and design standards.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide creative guidance to others as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 4 - 6 years of branding and graphic design experience, ideally within a design agency or in-house retail/FMCG brand team.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional branding and packaging design work, showcasing creativity, problem-solving, and execution.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT) is highly valued.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think visually and strategically, understanding how design impacts performance.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal English communication; strong collaboration skills across teams. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Task & Time Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
