Dynaciate Engineering Malaysia invites a seasoned Purchasing Lead to drive procurement across cost optimization, global sourcing, and lifecycle management for critical projects. You will oversee supplier onboarding, approvals, and on-time material delivery, ensuring adherence to budgets and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrument, 7+ years in purchasing with 2+ years in management, and proficiency in Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Instrument.
• 7+ years in Purchasing with 2+ years in management.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost-down strategies to improve profit margins.
• Lead global sourcing and identify new suppliers.
• Review and approve purchase orders per budgets.
• Oversee supplier lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Establish KPIs and monitor supplier performance.
• Negotiate high-value contracts with key suppliers.
• Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) integrity.
• Lead ISO audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Project Management and Safety to streamline procurement.
