Job summary

Job description

1. Manage all aspects of pre- and post-contract activities for assigned projects.

2. Prepare comprehensive contract and sub-contract documents, including Bills of Quantities and Specifications.

3. Lead tender processes: budgeting, evaluations, analysis, and reporting.

4. Draft and review contract agreements and make recommendations for contract awards.

5. Evaluate vendor performance, process interim payments, and finalize accounts.

6. Develop cost plans and data for future project planning.

7. Manage contractor prequalification and shortlisting, preparing reports for management approval.

8. Maintain and update cost information relevant to Group Procurement.

9. Organize and lead technical coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.

10. Perform other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract administration or management preferably in construction or general trading.

3. Hands-on experience in both pre- and post-contract phases.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).

5. Strong organizational skills; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
