Job summary

OSC Orthopaedic Specialist Center in Subang Jaya is seeking a Senior Procurement Executive to lead procurement operations for our healthcare facility. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the timely delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and services essential to hospital operations.

You will optimize inventory, enforce compliance with healthcare regulations, and present cost-saving reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably within a healthcare, medical, or hospital setting.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiation and contract management.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment, orthopaedic supplies, and healthcare procurement standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements and regulations is highly desirable.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier performance metrics and address any quality or delivery issues promptly.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand procurement requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with healthcare regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting cost savings and operational efficiencies.
