Job description

Implementation the end-to-end procurement process, from BOM requisition to delivery EPCC Project.

Negotiate with suppliers on price, terms, and delivery.

Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders (POs) based on RFQ approval from HOD.

Collaborate with project PE, finance, and supply chain to align procurement with operational needs.

Request and obtain quotations (RFQs) from suppliers for cost analysis and evaluation.

Provide procurement status report and HOD accordingly.

Work closely with PE and contract departments to ensure timely delivery of critical materials.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with company SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirement.

Source, evaluate, and qualify new vendors to ensure reliable supply and quality.

Shipment follow-up activities.

Support Junior procurements staff in handling project-related procurement tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven 3 years experience in procurement roles, preferably in the solar energy, construction, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
