Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Procurement Manager pour optimiser les coûts d'achat et améliorer la gestion des fournisseurs. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une solide expérience dans le domaine, d'excellentes compétences en négociation, ainsi qu'une aptitude à travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles. Les responsabilités incluent la surveillance des tendances du marché, la planification des achats de matières premières et la collaboration avec les équipes logistiques pour garantir des livraisons efficaces.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans les activités d'achat, de préférence dans un environnement industriel.
  • Compétences avancées en Excel nécessaires pour l'analyse des données et reporting.
  • Connaissance des normes ISO 9001 est un atout.

Responsibilities

  • Assister le Responsable des Achats dans la recherche et la négociation avec les fournisseurs.
  • Surveiller les ventes internes et la production pour planifier les achats.
  • Analyser les tendances de prix et déterminer les meilleures décisions d'achat.

Job description

  • Assist and support the Assistant Procurement Manager or Procurement
    Manager in sourcing suppliers and contractors, negotiating optimal costs tomaximize company margins.
  • Monitor internal sales and production to proactively plan purchases, includingraw materials, equipment, machinery, and maintenance parts.
  • Collaborate with multiple vendors, assessing and selecting the best options based on factors such as price, quality, delivery speed, and other relevant criteria.
  • Analyze pricing trends and market demands to determine the best timing andcost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely purchaseorder conversion for transporters and shipping agents.
  • Ensure all suppliers and service providers meet the company's productspecifications, quality, and reliability standards.
  • Conduct annual supplier performance evaluations.
  • Address and resolve any supplier-related issues concerning logistics, productspecifications, and quality.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department to forecast purchasing cash flowrequirements.
  • To compile monthly purchasing report and shipment report for management.
  • Participate in ISO 9001 audits.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Purchasing Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in purchasing activities, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost savings and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience in audit participation is an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends, pricing fluctuations, and supplier performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Finance, and Production.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
