• Develops / executes Manufacturing solutions that satisfy customer requirements and establishes a technical specialty.
• Uses tools to create, analyze, and verify documentation, programs, models, processes or production as needed.
• Understands Plexus Manufacturing processes and cross-discipline coordination in support of role.
• Seeks to operate independently with GMP and safety standards while supporting production line operators.
• Maintains knowledge of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, and setup/operation relevant to role.
