Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Malaysia seeks a Senior Process Package Lead with 8–15+ years’ experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, life sciences or manufacturing projects to drive complex process packages from design through handover.

You will coordinate vendors and multidisciplinary teams, monitor schedule, cost, quality and risk, review technical submissions, ensure HSE/GMP compliance, support testing and commissioning, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8–15+ years of experience in industrial/pharma/semi/construction projects.
• Proven experience managing process packages, equipment vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of process systems, project management, construction and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate process package execution across all project phases.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants for process equipment and systems.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality and risk for assigned packages.
• Review technical submissions, designs and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP and client requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and resolve project issues proactively.
