Job summary

Turner & Townsend Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Process Package Manager to lead process package execution across all project phases, coordinating vendors, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedules, costs, and quality are met.

You will review technical submissions, ensure HSE and GMP compliance, and support testing, commissioning and handover activities while maintaining proactive stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8-15+ years of experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, data center, life sciences, or manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience managing process packages, equipment vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong knowledge of process systems, project management, construction, and commissioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate process package execution across all project phases.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and consultants for process equipment and systems.
• Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, and risk for assigned packages.
• Review technical submissions, designs, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, GMP, and client requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and resolve project issues proactively.
