Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Kulim, Malaysia, is seeking a Principal Engineer Process Integration to shape the future of technology. You will lead technology integration across the manufacturing flow, drive yield and cost improvements, and act as the technical authority on complex challenges within a high-volume environment.

The role requires 10–15 years in semiconductor fabrication, TT/NPI expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication or process integration.
Proven track record leading complex problem-solving in high-volume manufacturing.
Experience with TT, NPI, process qualification, and ramp-up.
Strong cross-functional project leadership and measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

Own and lead technology process integration strategy across the manufacturing flow.
Define and optimize process integration schemes for performance, quality, reliability, and cost.
Drive process stability, manufacturability, yield, and sustainability.
Act as senior technical authority for complex integration issues.
Lead high-impact improvements affecting yield, reliability, cycle time, quality, customer commitments.
Drive TT, NPI, and process qualification for successful ramp-up.
