Lead and coordinate process gas, bulk gas, specialty gas, chemical delivery, and scrubber system projects to guarantee safe, timely, and quality completion at site.
Ensure works are accomplished in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, Micron standards, and applicable regulations.
Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety performance, and bring up risks or deviations with proposed mitigation actions.
Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, system walkdowns, line checks, testing, and coordination meetings with contractors and collaborators.
Coordinate with A&E consultants, contractors, internal users, facilities teams, utilities providers and local authorities to resolve technical and interface issues.
Provide technical input during concept design, detailed design, tender, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover phases.
Coordinate system shutdowns, tie-ins, modifications, expansions, and commissioning activities while minimizing operational impact.
Ensure all project documentation, including as-built drawings, testing records, operation manuals, training records, and handover documents, is completed before project close-out.
Track non-conformances, punch lists, defects and corrective actions through closure.
Review high-risk construction activities, work methods, job hazard analyses and mitigation plans before execution.
Support internal, corporate, customer and RBA-related audits and evidence of compliance.
Support tender clarification, technical evaluation, contractor selection and recommendation processes.
Accountable for the comprehensive design and standard of Bulk Gases, Specialty Gas, Chemical, and Scrubber, along with their Operation and Maintenance (O&M).
Manage and direct technicians in supervising plant utilities for Bulk Gases, Spec Chemical design, as well as Scrubber and BMS/SCADA monitoring.
Part of Facilities Operation Support and own, sustain, and improve system capacity, operational troubleshooting, system upgrade evaluation, optimization, and manage daily gas inventory.
Lead, coordinate, liaise and work with collaborators, consultants, government agency, and external customers to successfully implement chemical and gas improvement programs/projects.
Coordinate and liaise with contractors/vendors to plan, monitor, corrective, and preventive maintenance program with SAP.
Develop, implement, and improve reliable solutions for optimum facilities system performance.
Partner and direct continuous development efforts concerning Gas and Chemical systems. Engage in facilities and project planning as well as implementation linked to Gas and Chemical systems.
Responsible for representing Facilities Department in collaborating with external departments to accomplish tasks to meet company goals. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to achieve system stability and minimize downtime.
Establish budget and accurate spending projections, and manage within capital and operating resources. Develop and implement energy and water-saving solutions to enhance water recycling & reuse and energy reduction rate.
Act as SME for all kinds of customer and internal audits and adhere to policies and procedures related to ISO9001, 14001 & 45001.
Apply 8D, Fishbone diagram, pareto chart, and 5-Why for problem solving of facility operation issues. Develop and review FMEA, Risk Assessment, HAZOP, SOP for systems.
Adhere to company environmental, safety, health, security, and quality policy when performing work.
Provide cross-functional support for the project management, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Reverse Osmosis and Deionization system (RODI) and Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) as needed.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Environmental / Chemical Engineering, Physics with minimum 5 years of experience in a Semiconductor field. Additional operational, project, and construction experience in TCGM will be preferred.
Certified Professional under DOE regulations - CePSO will be added advantages.
