A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior Process Executive for Master Data Management in Petaling Jaya. The ideal candidate will manage service performance, support audits, and work on Order to Cash processes. Requirements include a graduate degree and 1-2 years of BPO experience. • Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data

Job Requirements:
