The role emphasises driving continuous improvement, implementing DOE and SPC, managing a team of engineers, coordinating with production, QA, and R&D, and overseeing plant relocations and new line qualifications.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of process engineering experience in rubber moulding manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and SPC.
• Experience with DOE, FMEA, and root cause analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct process capability studies and root-cause analyses to eliminate bottlenecks.
• Develop process docs, flow diagrams, and work instructions.
• Mentor and manage a team of process engineers.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
