About The Role

This role involves enabling and governing BE technical tools, methodologies, technical risk management, and streamlining BE control tools for continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
  1. Own and govern BE technical tools & methodology.
  2. Conduct technical risk assessments and management.
  3. Drive the overall BE control tool improvement roadmap.
  4. Characterize and govern process approaches.
  5. Collaborate with BE sites to initiate new ideas and set technical directions.
  6. Streamline BE characteristic CpK and process improvements.
  7. Coach and resolve complex technical issues.
What You Will Need
  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years in the semiconductor industry.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to coach and facilitate problem-solving.
  5. Experience with packaging control and firewall.
  6. Strong leadership, perseverance, and teamwork skills.
  7. Ownership with drive, initiative, and execution ability.
  8. Proficient in English; additional languages like Chinese are a plus, especially for collaboration with teams in China.
