Your role at NTT DATA

This pivotal role at NTT Data Inc involves engaging with manufacturing clients to understand their landscape, pains, and aspirations, and proposing tailored solutions. You will support our go-to-market strategies by leveraging your enterprise architecture expertise within targeted industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support account planning by analyzing client landscapes and identifying NTT Data solutions of value.
2. Assist in opportunity seeding through client presentations and workshops to generate interest and qualified opportunities.
3. Develop opportunity strategies by collaborating with solution and technical architects to craft multi-domain solutions that balance client outcomes and costs.
4. Share client needs with service divisions to inform portfolio enhancements and stay ahead of industry trends.
5. Define and communicate an in-contract innovation strategy to demonstrate ongoing value to clients.

Knowledge and Attributes:

• Industry value chain understanding and client pain points

• Framework proficiency (TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF)
• Workshop facilitation with C-suite executives
• High-level architecture development and domain orchestration
• Value proposition and commercial acumen

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, Zachman, SOA)
• IT Service Management certifications (ITIL, COBIT)
• Scaled Agile certification is advantageous
