The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies for our products and services across the assigned region. They will work closely with the Tenders & Contracts team to develop pricing models and provide input to commercial teams during contract negotiations to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and implement regional pricing strategies for products and services.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed about regional pricing trends.
• Analyze pricing data to identify opportunities for optimization and increased profitability.
• Develop pricing guidance/corridors (list price, target, floor price) for specific product lines based on current market pricing, competition, historical data, and other attributes.
• Develop a ‘portfolio pricing’ approach to optimize margins at the account level, including all product lines.
• Collaborate with the Tenders & Contracts team to develop pricing models and assist in contract negotiations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business goals.
• Provide expert advice on pricing strategy, contracting, and tendering strategies.
• Create pricing policies and procedures compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and add value through standardization of tools, processes, and metrics.
• Perform routine tasks such as monthly/quarterly pricing scorecards, Quarterly Business Reviews, price impact analyses, discount trending, and quarterly price forecasts.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 2-4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Tenders & Contracts teams is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative strategic thinker capable of translating ideas into actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Vendavo Pricing system is a plus.
