Job summary

The Risk Analyst (Project Portfolio) at OFS Malaysia will manage portfolio data, run intake, consolidation and analytics, develop dashboards, and support the risk management framework across projects and BU levels. You will prepare quarterly and ad-hoc risk reports, collaborate with project control teams and stakeholders, and maintain the Risk Library and data models.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in a project-related role or 3+ years in risk

• 5+ years in a project-related field or 3+ years in risk management.
• Proven experience in building data models and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Run intake, consolidation and analytics of the project portfolio and issue portfolio reports.
• Contribute to quantitative assessment, risk modelling and analytics at multiple levels.
• Build and maintain portfolio dashboards, templates and data models.
• Maintain the Risk Library data and prepare regular/ad-hoc risk reports.
• Support audits, training and alignment with HSSEQ and Code of Conduct.
