Cognizant is looking for a Senior Process Executive (QC Mandarin / Cantonese) in developing customized products for our clients. The role involves driving technology discussions and analyzing the current landscape to identify gaps in addressing business needs. Job Title: Senior Process Executive (QC Mandarin / Cantonese)

Location: KL, Malaysia

Duration: Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality verification and ensure accuracy of POIs (Points of Interest) by referencing various data sources like websites and imagery.
• Identify errors/defects in map data, analyze, and validate attributes to ensure compliance with specifications and policies.
• Digitize and evaluate Linear and Polygonal geometry (POIs, AOIs) referencing real-world imagery sources.
• Use map software and navigate with technical know-how.
• Perform advanced research to verify data accuracy from multiple sources.
• Handle adhoc mapping projects and perform tasks at a high pace with accuracy.
• Differentiate and identify policy breaches and take corrective actions.

Job Expectations:

• Basic understanding of end-user operational and technological aspects of online maps and navigation.
• Strong research skills in analyzing information from various sources, including the internet.
• Ability to adapt to new projects, workspaces, and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to deadlines.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
