Job summary

Ryt Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Trust & Security Pod, owning fraud and scam prevention, AML and CFT controls, and secure, low friction authentication and account access.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Fraud Ops, Customer Support, Data, and vendors to ship controls that reduce losses, meet regulatory expectations, and keep genuine customers moving.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of product management experience in fraud, security, or compliance.
• Ability to translate threats into phased roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Strong data fluency to diagnose issues and validate impact with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trust & Security roadmap across fraud, AML and authentication.
• Collaborate with onboarding to define secure, low-friction experiences.
• Design authentication journeys balancing security and usability.
• Build and tune fraud controls across the customer journey with risk scoring.
• Partner with Compliance to operationalize controls and fast audit trails.
• Own vendor integrations and measure performance and resilience.
• Define and run Trust and Safety metrics cadence across losses and disputes.
