TNG Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Manager for Fraud Risk to lead macro-level reviews, shape strategic responses, and translate fraud strategy into risk engine requirements. This hybrid role interfaces with data science, product, and technology teams to implement and refine rules that safeguard customers and the business.

You will present insights to senior management, monitor fraud KPIs, and build dashboards that track strategy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fraud strategy, risk management, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, risk engines, and decisioning systems.
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Python) and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

• Lead macro-level fraud reviews and develop strategic responses.
• Define risk engine requirements and decisioning logic.
• Collaborate with data science, product, and tech teams to implement rules.
• Support UAT and post-deployment reviews for risk engine changes.
• Present fraud insights and strategic recommendations to senior management and build dashboards.
