Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT experience with 3–5 years in technical or solution architecture.
- Proven leadership in enterprise environments.
- Certifications in TOGAF and cloud platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution workshops.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Evaluate, recommend, and govern the adoption of technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and implementation guidance to development teams.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, reliability, availability, and security requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and delivery teams.
- Conduct architecture governance, design reviews, and code review activities.
- Support project estimation, technical planning, and risk assessment initiatives.
- Drive cloud transformation, modernization, and migration programs.
- Mentor and coach developers, technical leads, and engineers across delivery teams.
- Promote reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
