Job summary

TE Connectivity Manufacturing Malaysia seeks a Finance Analyst III (Plant Operations) to drive planning, budgeting, reporting and internal controls in line with corporate policies. The role supports annual budgets, forecasts, inventory reserves, costings, month-end processes, asset management, and audits; requires 7–10 years in finance, manufacturing costing, SAP, and bilingual English/Mandarin.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
7–10 years of Finance experience; costing position preferred.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing costing and variance management.
SAP experience.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Assist on annual budget preparation and monthly forecast preparation.
Track weekly forecast variance to provide accurate and timely reports.
Prepare inventory reserves and highlight inventory risks and opportunities monthly.
Monitor inventory physical count to comply with corporate policies and risk control.
Prepare data for material master, routine and standard costing.
Perform month-end journal entry booking and PPV analysis.
Analyze material usage and produce production scrap reports.
Ensure compliance with Capital Assets policy and prepare FA management reports including acquisitions, disposal, and transfers.
Lead fixed assets physical count and tag assets to responsible departments.
Coordinate and support annual audit by providing information and justification to auditors.
