We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Production Planner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing production schedules in meeting deliveries metrics and customer due date, ensuring efficient workflow, and driving key projects to enhance productivity and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality control) and even external group such as demand planner and supply chain to ensure seamless production processes and meeting the deliveries.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address any delays or issues.
  • Lead and drive key projects aimed at improving planning efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing overall operational performance.
  • Analyze production data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in production planning and project management.
  • Mentor and train junior production planners to develop their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, with a proven track record of driving successful projects.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
