Responsibilities

1. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
2. Provide maintenance and enhancements to the system based on customer needs.
3. Proactively consider performance improvements and optimize processes.
4. Ensure the successful delivery of projects within estimated timelines.
5. Offer technical advice and recommendations for software solutions and best practices.
6. Manage and guide junior team members in technical skills and project-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development.
• Essential skills: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Additional skills: Knowledge in Sourcetree, Git, Bootstrap, Laravel Framework.
• Preferably with Junior/Senior Executive experience.
• Creative, self-motivated, dedicated, a good team player, and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
