Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves conducting security assessments, including penetration testing, red teaming, and application security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and assess risk across diverse client environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience, strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and holds an OSCP certification. Bachelor Degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing, web and mobile application security, and managing Red Team exercises.
• Expert knowledge of exploitation techniques, attack methodologies (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK), and vulnerability analysis tools.
• OSCP certification is compulsory.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Testing & Execution: Conduct security assessments targeting network infrastructure, web applications, mobile platforms, and cloud environments.
• Client Consulting: Work directly with clients to understand security objectives, define testing parameters, and provide advisement on enhancing security posture.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering development of technical skills in penetration testing methodologies and report writing.
