Job summary

Principle Partners MY is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage US payroll processing from our Kuala Lumpur office. The role requires handling multi-state payroll, statutory submissions, and ensuring compliance with US regulations.

You will collaborate with regional teams and external vendors, support audits and reporting, and contribute to process improvements in our payroll operations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of payroll experience, ideally in MNCs or shared service centers.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll practices and exposure to multi-currency payroll.
• High attention to detail and discretion with sensitive data.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll software.
