Job summary

Power Integrations seeks a Sr. Techno-Functional Oracle Analyst for SCM to own Oracle EBS R12 track, including customizations and integrations. You will translate business needs into designs, work with users, and ensure data integrity across ERP systems.

The role requires strong tech and business process knowledge, ability to manage development projects, and collaboration with global onsite/offshore teams. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Business/Functional Analyst focused on Oracle Shopfloor, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, BOM, WIP, COST, Warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules, configurations, workflows and roles.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java programming.
• Web app development with server-side Java and React.js is a big plus.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 in semiconductor manufacturing is required.
• Ability to liaise between business teams and IT and manage global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle R12 SCM strategy and ERP optimizations for IT operations and data integrity.
• Oversee day-to-day Oracle e-Business Suite manufacturing suite activities and extensions.
• Analyze with business users to design and support solutions.
• Support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite R12 with extensions and custom apps.
• Lead complex solutions using data analysis and business case evaluation.
• Verify data mappings, definitions and solution effectiveness.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Build strong internal relationships and coordinate with onsite/offshore teams.
• Manage projects and report status to management and partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate with other IT groups.
