Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily stock for installation jobs, submit weekly and monthly summary reports, raise purchase orders for overseas parts and headquarters to replenish stock.
2. Work with the technical team to ensure IoT device installation and new installation schedules are met within the timeline.
3. Call and follow up with customers to schedule the installation of Cartrack systems.
4. Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls and email correspondences.
5. Escalate inquiries or issues to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up.
6. Manage and process sales agreements.
7. Assist with any administrative duties and perform any ad-hoc duties, as and when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in technical operation related jobs.
2. Computer/IT knowledge, including proficiency in PC Windows (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
