Job Responsibilities

Provides leadership and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on operational management for all clinical support services by ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsible for monitoring performance against set key targets and providing data to enable effective governance of these services.

Works with the management and clinical teams to assist in the delivery of performance targets including waiting time and patient experience activities.

Support colleagues in relation to clinical support services decisions as required.

Participates in the development of a clinical support services competency-based training program for all clinical support services staff in collaboration with the respective Heads of Departments and Director of Nursing.

Acts as the go to resource person for the team regarding clinical support services practice, day to day operational issues within the division in relation to service delivery, reporting and problem solving.

Assists with the coordination between medical and clinical / administrative issues to avoid direct impact to the services.

Job Requirements:

Minimum with bachelor’s degree or master’s in a field such as health science or health-care administration.

Key people to build good relationships with key accounts and understand their needs to roll out viable solutions.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong data analysis skills to read complex data and translate to operational excellence.

Excellent business acumen and has an entrepreneurial mindset.

Familiar with quality improvement program and MSQH standards.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
