ALLIANCE GAMING SOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to own day-to-day operational performance across key departments in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. The role involves coordinating with our Melbourne head office and Darwin office to ensure alignment, performance optimisation, and regulatory adherence.

This is a fully on-site position based in KL Sentral, Malaysia with no work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop operations teams.
• Strong understanding of processes, workflows, and KPI-driven management.
• Experience in customer operations, service delivery, or compliance-focused industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless business performance.
• Oversee customer support operations, service delivery, risk management, and compliance functions.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, SOPs, and efficiency frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks, proposing and executing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Technology, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance and career growth.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and responsible gaming standards.
