Senior Operations Executive (Payroll Services, HR Consultation & Advisory)

Responsibilities
This role will support the Operations Manager for the below duties:
- Act as a liaison between clients management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Advise clients on employee misconduct, performance challenges, and disciplinary procedures, including Domestic Inquiries and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Evaluate staff training needs and develop tailored programs and internal trainings.
- Prepare and present HR and payroll reports, analysis, and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for multiple clients across various employment types (permanent, contract, contingent workers, foreigners, etc.).
- Perform full payroll functions including pre-payroll checks, payroll validation, statutory submissions, and post-payroll processing.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and provide ongoing HR advisory support to clients.
- Design and implement improvements in HRIS and payroll systems to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage payroll accounts, conduct data analysis, and generate detailed payroll reports for client review.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in Mandarin, English & BM.
- Expertise in statutory contributions and compliance: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN, HRDC.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 (including 2022 amendments) and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Experience with payroll processing using both manual and HRIS
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport.
