Analyze and process all dispute requests, chargebacks, representments, pre-arbitration, arbitration, and compliance transactions within Card Network.
Review and investigate rejected chargeback transactions for recovery.
Verify and ensure chargeback documents are provided to the acquirer and support chargeback performance.
Draft and prepare chronological events for financial-related dispute cases.
Perform daily reconciliation and monitoring of GL accounts.
Ensure deliverables meet standard requirements, quality, and comply with bank policies and card scheme rules.
Perform investigations for international payments, e.g., SWIFT, and comply with ISO 20022 standards.
Take on special assignments, projects, and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in card operations, chargeback, and dispute management; experience with Visa/MasterCard systems.
Knowledge of Visa/MasterCard chargeback and dispute processes.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools for reconciliation and analysis.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work on shift based and according to UK hours/weekends/public holidays if required.
