What You’ll Do:

As an ePension Operation Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of the platform transition, helping individuals and employers manage their accounts. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations from registration and enrollment to payments and claims.

The Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Input and Accuracy: Accurately input transaction applications received, ensuring data correctness and completeness.
  2. Process Management and Document Verification: Follow each process in the transaction cycle, including Registration, Enrollment, Data Modification, Contributions, Payments, Terminations, Transfers, Investments, Claims, Document Management, and Enquiries. Check submitted documents for completeness and compliance.
  3. Compliance and Quality Assurance: Adhere to regulations, SOPs, and SLAs. Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
  4. Client Communication and Clarification: Make outbound calls or send correspondence to clarify missing or unclear information. Provide guidance on application completion.
  5. Issue Investigation and Resolution: Investigate rejected or failed applications. Work with teams to resolve issues promptly.
  6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT to validate system functionality, working with development teams to identify defects.
  7. Inquiry Handling: Respond to inquiries regarding transaction issues, application statuses, and account balances. Investigate and resolve within SLAs.
  8. Document Management: Index and categorize documents accurately. Investigate issues locating or matching accounts during indexing.
  9. Payment Processing and Matching: Process payments and match them with contributions within timelines, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a transitional environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive team player with collaborative skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
  • Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays, following Hong Kong schedule.
  • 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday (full day) and Saturdays (half day).
  • Work onsite full-time with shift flexibility.
